# Transparency & Verification

OpenDelta aims to provide transparency appropriate to each product’s structure and strategy.

This may include:

* Product composition and exposure disclosures
* Strategy descriptions and operational updates
* Rebalancing or adjustment schedules where applicable
* Custody model disclosures on a per-product basis

Where products involve off-chain assets or third-party custody, an independent third-party provider engaged to (e.g. Accountable) to verify the underlying assets.
